These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Legal THC Vape Juice UK website (legalthcvapejuice.co.uk) and any purchase made through it. By accessing this site or placing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products & Legality
All products sold on this website are derived from legally grown hemp plants and are formulated to comply with UK law under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 and associated regulations. Our products are intended for adult recreational and wellness use only and are not medicines. They have not been evaluated by the MHRA or any other regulatory body for the treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease.

3. Orders & Payment
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment provider. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order; acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where stock is unavailable or where we suspect fraudulent activity. In such cases a full refund will be issued.
4. Delivery
We deliver to mainland UK addresses only. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and do not constitute a guarantee. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
Free delivery applies to orders meeting the stated minimum order value as displayed on the website at the time of purchase.
5. Returns & Refunds
Our returns policy is set out in full on our Returns Policy page. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, provided goods are unopened and in their original condition. We cannot accept returns of opened products for hygiene and safety reasons.

7. Limitation of Liability
